Terms of Service

1. Effective Date and Acceptance

These Terms of Service take effect on the date above. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, purchasing AI images, or accessing or using Fireground Lab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Fireground Lab

Fireground Lab is a product and service operated by Reverse Flow LLC. References to “Fireground Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Reverse Flow LLC in connection with the service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not improperly share credentials. Notify fireground-lab@reverse-flow.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, Trial, Renewal, and Cancellation

Core costs $7.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year. Pro costs $9.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year. Core and Pro have the same non-AI platform access; Pro includes a recurring AI-image allowance. Eligible accounts begin with a 5-day free trial that includes 1 AI image, and a payment method is collected at Checkout. Each account is eligible for no more than one free trial.

Unless canceled, the selected plan automatically renews and the payment method on file is charged at the start of each new billing period. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are billed and renew once per year. Core has no recurring included AI images. Pro Monthly includes 5 AI images/month. Pro Annual includes 80 AI images/year, with 20 available every quarter, anchored to the verified Stripe service-period start. Existing annual paid terms that began before the commercial cutover retain 5 AI images/month until their next successful annual renewal.

You may cancel from the Account page through Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and no subscription charge occurs if you cancel before the 5-day trial ends. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that paid-through date. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. Exceptions apply where required by law or for duplicate or incorrect charges.

5. AI Images and Top-Ups

Included Pro AI images refresh each allowance window and do not accumulate. Additional AI images are available through the existing in-app purchase flow for eligible active trials and subscribers. Purchased AI images do not expire, survive plan changes and cancellation, and remain stored during a subscription lapse. They become usable again when eligible access returns, including Core or Pro access. They remain separate from included images and do not limit manual scenario building or presentation.

AI image packs are non-refundable once purchased except where required by law or for duplicate or incorrect charges. Fireground Lab may change future allowances or pack offerings with appropriate notice, but will not retroactively remove valid, unused purchased AI images contrary to these Terms.

6. User Content and Uploaded Photos

You retain ownership of photographs, scenarios, and other content you upload or create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with Fireground Lab.

You grant Reverse Flow LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, modify, generate derivatives from, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate Fireground Lab. This license does not transfer ownership or grant marketing rights. Personal-data handling is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Fireground Lab unlawfully; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt unauthorized access or security circumvention; maliciously interfere with the service; fraudulently use billing systems; manipulate AI entitlements or top-ups; or abuse service resources.

8. Fireground Lab Intellectual Property

Reverse Flow LLC owns or licenses the Fireground Lab software, code, user interface, branding, platform materials, production visual-effects assets, and proprietary methods. These rights do not include customer-owned uploaded content.

9. Service Availability and Changes

Fireground Lab may experience maintenance, downtime, errors, or interruptions, including those caused by third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or an uptime service level.

We may reasonably change service features, functionality, future pricing, or future AI allowances. We will provide notice of material changes where required or commercially appropriate. Pricing changes apply to future billing periods and do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

10. Training and AI Disclaimer

Fireground Lab is an instructor-controlled training aid, not a tactical authority or incident-command system. It does not replace department policy, SOP/SOG, professional judgment, hands-on training, or live operational decision-making. The instructor is responsible for how scenarios are reviewed, accepted, presented, and used.

Fireground Lab uses a proprietary AI-generation method designed specifically for fireground imagery, but AI can still be unpredictable. Fireground Lab cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of generated images, and instructor review is required before use.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fireground Lab is provided “as available” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every training need, or that generated images will be accurate or meet every expectation. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverse Flow LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from service interruption, reliance on training imagery, AI inaccuracies, or use of Fireground Lab. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, or nonpayment. Ordinary customer cancellation follows the billing policy above. Approved Legacy Pilot entitlements, where applicable, remain governed by their separate access terms. Purchased balances remain subject to the subscription-use and retention rules in these Terms.

14. Data Retention After Subscription Ends

After paid access ends, scenario and media content becomes inaccessible but is retained for 12 months from the actual paid-through date. Reactivation during that period restores access and retained purchased balances. Product content may be permanently deleted after the retention period following advance notice. Explicit deletion requests are handled separately. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, and accounting records may be retained longer where required.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, subject to any venue or consumer rights that applicable law requires.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the Effective Date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required or appropriate. Any change applies subject to rights and notice requirements that cannot legally be waived.
